WILLY N. OCIER
Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Willy N. Ocier is the Chairman and President of Pacific Online Systems Corporation. He is also the Chairman of Philippine Global Communication, Inc., Sinophil Corporation and Tagaytay Midlands Golf Club, Inc., Co-Vice Chairman of Belle Corporation and Highlands Prime, Inc. and Vice Chairman of Tagaytay Highlands International Golf Club, Inc. He is a Director of iVantage Corporation. He was formerly the President and Chief Operating officer of Eastern Securities Development Corporation.

Mr. Ocier holds a degree in Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the Ateneo de Manila University.

Mr. Ocier has been a Director of APC since 1999.


BERNARDO D. LIM
Chief Finance Officer and Director

Mr. Bernardo D. Lim is a Director of Philippine Global Communication, Inc. Before he joined APC Group, Mr. Lim was General Manager for Finance of P.T. Bakrie Sumatra Plantations in Indonesia. He assumed various positions in the firms he joined earlier; Vice President for Finance and Administration of Westinghouse Asia Controls Corporation and Cellophil Resources Corporation; Vice President and Treasurer of Atlantic Gulf & Pacific Company of Manila and AG&P Industrial Corporation, Vice President for Finance of Trans-Philippines Investment Corporation, Treasurer of Fluor Daniel/AG&P, Inc., Technoserve International Corporation, and Wire Rope Corporation of the Philippines. Mr. Lim was also Controller of Philippine Iron Mines.

Mr. Lim holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration degree from the University of the Philippines. He is a Certified Public Accountant.

Mr. Tiu holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Comerce from the University of British Columbia in Canada.

Mr. Tiu has been a Director since 1999


JOSE T. GABIONZA
Director

Mr. Jose T. Gabionza is an independent Director. He is presently Vice President of SM Development Corp. He is also a Director of Sinophil Corp. He was Senior Manager of SM Fund, Inc. and Assistant Manager of Anscor Hagedorn Securities, Inc.

Mr. Gabionza graduated from the University of the East (cum laude) with a degree of Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. He is a Certified Public Accountant.

Mr. Gabionza has been a Director since 2003.


JOSE BEN R. LARAYA
Director

Mr. Laraya is Chairman of Ultrex Management and Investment Corp. and JBL & Company, Inc. He is President of Trully Natural Food Corporation, Lanas T’Paya, Inc. and T’Boli Agro-Industrial Development, Inc. He is a Director of Alsons Consolidated Resources, Inc., Philippine Global Communications, Inc. and La Frutera, Inc. He was President and Managing Director of Dole Asia and President and Director of APC Group, Inc. and National Steel Corporation.

Mr. Laraya holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Comerce from the De La Salle University and a Master in Business Administration from the University of the Philippines. He also completed the Advanced Management Program of the Harvard University in Boston, Massachussettes

Mr. Laraya is a Director since 2005.

ROGELIO I. ROBANG
President

Mr. Rogelio I. Robang is the Vice President for Project Management and External Affairs of Belle Corporation. He was Manager for Mineral Claims in Surigao Consolidated Mining Co, Inc., Geodetic Engineer/Planning Officer of Mineral Lands and Topographic Survey/Planning Division of the Mines and Geo-Sciences Bureau and Lecturer at College of St. Benilde, Sta. Scholasticas College and University of the Philippines

Mr. Robang holds a Bachelor of Science in Geodetic Engineering degree from the University of the Philippines and a Masters in Business Administratiion from the De La Salle University.
